LONDON (Alliance News) - The Co-operative Bank PLC is to poach CYBG PLC executive Donald Kerr as managing director for small and medium enterprise banking, Sky News reported Tuesday.
According to Sky, Kerr has been head of small business banking at CYBG for the past two years.
Sky reported that the SME managing director position at the Co-operative Bank is a new role.
Sky expects that his appointment will be announced on Wednesday.
The Co-operative Bank declined to comment on Kerr's appointment, Sky reported.

Shares in CYBG closed down 1.9% Tuesday at 209.00 pence each.
