Premier Veterinary Appoints Will Evans New Chief Financial Officer

LONDON (Alliance News) - Veterinary services provider Premier Veterinary Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Will Evans as its chief financial officer, effective from September 19.

Evans will take over from Daniel Smith, who will remain with the business for a period of time to facilitate a handover to Evans.

Evans is the former corporate development director at Tribal Group PLC, the AIM-listed education software and services provider. He left Tribal in 2015.

Shares in Premier Veterinary were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 150.00 pence.
