LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Technical Services Group PLC said Wednesday it will issue 53,333 shares to the vendors of Pendrich Height Services Ltd as part settlement of the deferred consideration for the acquisition of the business in June 2015.
The company expects the shares to be admitted to trading on Friday. Following admission its total issued share capital will be 110.5 million shares.
Premier Technical shares were trading up 0.8% at 184.00 pence each.
