Prairie Mining Issues 44.8 Million Shares After Note Conversion (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Prairie Mining Ltd on Wednesday said it has issued 44.8 million shares after the conversion of a convertible note with a principal of USD15.0 million.

Prairie has issued 22.4 million unlisted options exercisable at USD0.60 before the end of May 2021, with the 44.8 million shares exercised at USD0.335.

Shares in Prairie Mining were down 3.5% on Wednesday at a price of 20.26 pence each.
