Power Metal Resources says shares admitted to trading on OTCQB

(Alliance News) - Power Metal Resources PLC on Wednesday said that its shares have been admitted to, and begun trading on, the OTCQB Venture Market in the US.

Power Metal is a London-based mineral exploration company. It shares will initially trade under the symbol "POWMD", before reverting back to "POWMF" on or around April 23.

"I am very pleased to announce this major development in our relationship with the international capital markets. We have significant interest in our shares from North American investors, and the admission to trading on OTCQB will make it considerably easier for them to invest," said Chief Executive Officer Sean Wade.

"We see this as an important step in expanding our investor base and by so doing, adding value to all our shareholders."

Power Metal Resources shares were trading 5.9% higher at 16.42 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
