(Alliance News) - Power Metal Resources PLC said Friday it has received a notice to exercise 100.0 million warrants.
The shares are being issued at 1.0 pence each, netting Power Metal GBP100,000.
Shares in Power Metal Resources closed 2.0% lower in London on Friday at 1.25 pence each.
Following the exercise, Power Metal will have 787.8 million shares in issue.
