Palace Capital Issues Shares After Last Warrants Are Exercised (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Palace Capital PLC Wednesday said Allenby Capital Ltd has exercised warrants over 19,050 shares, raising cash proceeds of GBP38,100 for the company.

The proceeds suggest an exercise price of 200.0 pence per share and Palace Capital said it has no further warrants outstanding following the exercise.

Palace Capital shares were trading down 1.1% to 358.35 pence per share on Wednesday.
