LONDON (Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd said Monday that Overseas Asset Management Ltd had increased its stake in the investment company to 8.1% after a transaction on Monday.
Overseas Asset Management raised its holding to 27.1 million shares. Prior to the transaction, it held a 3.3% stake in the company.
Shares in Better Capital PCC were trading down 3.1% at 62.00 pence per share on Monday.
