OMG Appoints YouGov Chairman Roger Parry As Its New Chairman

LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology firm OMG PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Roger Parry as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect.

He will take over from Anthony Simonds-Gooding, who will retire.

Parry is currently chairman of YouGov PLC, the pollster, and Mobile Streams PLC, a mobile content company. He is the former chairman of regional newspaper publisher Johnston Press PLC and publisher Future PLC and was the chairman of Shakespeare's Globe in the past.

OMG shares were up 4.2% to 43.00 pence Wednesday.
