Oakley Capital Investments Says Portfolio Company Plesk Buys SolusVM

LONDON (Alliance News) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd said Monday that portfolio company Plesk acquired assets and operations of SolusVM from OnApp.

Plesk is a software company that is part of Oakley Capital Private Equity III portfolio.

SolusVM is an infrastructure-as-a-service management system.

"This complementary functionality of SolusVM will enhance the Plesk portfolio and demonstrates its commitment to developing the product offering for its hosting provider, reseller and end-user customers," the company said.

Shares in Oakley Capital were trading up 0.8% at 187.40 pence each.
