(Alliance News) - Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income PLC on Friday said ND Capital Investments Ltd held a 10% stake in the company following a deal.
ND Capital held 10.0 million shares in Riverstone, equivalent to a 10% stake, after a transaction on Thursday last week. ND Capital's prior holding, if any, has not been disclosed.
Shares in Riverstone Credit Opportunities closed untraded at USD1.00 on Friday.
