(Alliance News) - Naked Wines PLC on Monday announced it will list on the OTCQX Best Market in the US.
The market operates as part of OTC Markets Group, a financial exchange trading over-the-counter securities. Naked Wines will trade under the ticker symbol NWINF starting Monday.
The Norwich-based online wine retailer already trades on the London Stock Exchange but hopes to reach a wider audience of potential investors through the international move.
Shares in the company were down 3.2% at 798.00 pence in London on Monday.
Chief Executive Nick Devlin said: “Trading on OTCQX will provide US institutional and retail investors, and our colleagues, the opportunity to share our growth as we build on a breakthrough year for Naked Wines, following an unprecedented channel shift to online, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic."
