MobilityOne Reports Flat 2009 Pretax Loss, 2010 To Remain Challenging

LONDON (Dow Jones)--MobilityOne Ltd (MBO.LN), an e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider, reported Tuesday broadly flat pretax loss for 2009 and said it expects its financial performance for 2010 to remain challenging. MAIN FACTS: -Revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2009, GBP13.7 million (2008: GBP12.5 million) -Pretax loss GBP917,343 (2008: loss GBP916,047) -Diluted loss per share 1.15 pence (2008: loss 1.10 pence) -Cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2009 GBP400,304 (2008: GBP410,085) -No dividend -Barring any unforeseen circumstances, company is anticipating an upturn in the fourth quarter of 2010 in the markets in which it operates. -Shares at 0817 GMT up 0.13 pence or 6.3%, at 2.13 pence, valuing the company at GBP2 million. -By Tapan Panchal, Dow Jones Newswires.
