Mission Group acquires Innovationbubble

(Sharecast News) - Media firm Mission Group said on Monday that it has acquired psychological insights and behavioural solutions consultancy Innovationbubble for an undisclosed sum.
Mission said Innovationbubble would "sit at the heart of the group's business model" - providing research and advice to a growing portfolio of clients from blue-chips including Asda, Aviva, HSBC and a number of leading pharmaceutical businesses, to high profile brands such as Diesel and SpaceNK.

Chief executive James Clifton said: "Mission has a strong track record of integrating earning accretive acquisitions, broadening the group's range of services, geographic reach and sector expertise.

"I believe the Covid-19 pandemic will present new opportunities for our business and this acquisition is early testament to our ambitions."

Chairman David Morgan added that Mission had performed "remarkably well" of late, despite trading in an "enormously challenging environment" and added that acquisition was "further testament" to the AIM-listed group's ability to "identify opportunities and act decisively".

As of 1000 BST, Mission shares were up 1.29% at 58.75p. The Mission Group
