Mid Wynd International Investment Trust Buys Back 40,000 Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC (MWY.LN), an open-ended fund of fund mutual fund launched and managed by Baillie Gifford & Co., said Tuesday it purchased for cancellation 40,000 ordinary shares at a price of 940 pence per share on June 29. Shares at 1159 GMT down 0.5 pence or 0.05%, at 939.5 pence, valuing the company at GBP47 million. -By Tapan Panchal, Dow Jones Newswires.
