Metminco Shares Remain Suspended, No Acquisition Announcement Yet (ALLISS)

Mon, 17th Sep 2018 12:59

LONDON (Alliance News) - Metminco Ltd said Monday that its shares will continue to remain suspended from trading as the company is still not "in position to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and acquisition".

The company requested a further voluntary suspension from the Australian Securities Exchange. It, however, also asked the Australian stock exchange to restore trading on Tuesday, or when an announcement is released.

Shares trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange also continue to be suspended.

Last Thursday, Metminco shares were temporarily suspended from trading on AIM and ASX over a proposed capital raising and acquisition.
