LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd said Monday that it has contracted to acquire a primary healthcare medical centre in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire for GBP4.8 million
The specialist primary care infrastructure investor in UK primary healthcare properties said the property is currently let to two GP practices, a pharmacy and a dentist.
MedicX Fund's property portfolio now comprises of 134 properties throughout the UK; 128 of these are operational and fully let, six are under construction. The annualised rent roll for all properties is now GBP32 million, said the company.
Shares in MedicX Fund were trading 0.48% higher at 82.9 pence per share Monday morning.
