LONDON (Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT PLC and Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 PLC on Thursday both announced the results of share subscriptions.
Maven I&G VCT, which launched its offer in September, received GBP20.0 million of valid applications. In respect of the tax year ending 2019 it received GBP18.5 million of valid applications and has issued 38.1 million shares.
The offer price for these shares was between 47.76 pence per share and 49.04p per share. The total number of shares in issue is now 91.0 million.
Maven I&G VCT shares closed untraded at 43.00p on Thursday.
Maven I&G VCT 5, meanwhile, received GBP5.6 million of valid applications and has issued 14.8 million new shares at prices between 36.94p and 37.93p per share. The total number of shares in the venture capital trust that are now in issue is 113.3 million.
Shares in Maven I&G VCT 5 closed untraded at 34.60p.
In the case of both trusts, the final share allotment for applications for the tax year ending 2020 will happen on or before April 26.
