(Alliance News) - i3 Energy PLC said Tuesday Lombard Odier Asset Management Ltd increased its stake in the firm to nearly 18% following a transaction on Monday.
Lombard Odier held 16.7 million shares in the North Sea-focused oil & gas development firm after the transaction, equivalent to a 17.9% stake in the 93.4 million shares outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Lombard Odier held a 13.1% stake.
Shares in i3 closed 2.7% lower at 48.16 pence in London on Tuesday.
