LightwaveRF Signs Several Supply And Distribution Agreements

LONDON (Alliance News) - Smart home products provider LightwaveRF PLC said on Wednesday it has made a series of distribution arrangements for UK retail and wholesale sectors, including one related to retailer John Lewis.

One of these agreements is with technology distributor Exertis (UK) Ltd to increase the availability of LightwaveRF's products across UK retailers, including its sale on both online at John Lewis and other UK stores later in March.

LightwaveRF has also signed a supply agreement with UK electrical wholesaler City Electrical Factors Ltd, Edmundson Electrical Ltd, Steam Electric Co Ltd and YESSS Electrical for the wholesale and electrical contractor markets.

"We entered 2018 with an intent to add further partners that complement and extend our distribution capability. This new set of contracts means we have achieved this and put in place relationships with distributors whose Europe-wide operations will also aid us in launching our international device range later this year," said Chief Executive Officer Andrew Pearson.

Shares in LightwaveRF were down 3.2% at 15.00 pence on Wednesday.
