LightwaveRF Signs Memorandum Of Understanding With Deta Electrical

LONDON (Alliance News) - LightwaveRF PLC Monday said it has agreed a memorandum of understanding with Deta Electrical.

The agreement means Deta Electrical will become LightwaveRF's UK distributor for the new house build market. No financial details on the agreement were disclosed.

"Deta are a rapidly growing force in the new house build sector and we are delighted to have partnered with them in the design and manufacture of this discreet range of Deta products," LightwaveRF Chairman Mike Lord said in a statement.

LightwaveRF shares were flat at 30.01 pence on Monday morning.
