LightwaveRF Raises GBP197,000 In Share Placing, Subscription (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - LightwaveRF PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP197,000 via a share placing and subscription.

The smart home products company said it has issued 494,286 shares at 40 pence per share. Shares in the company were down 2.3% to 43.00 pence on Wednesday morning.

The company said the proceeds will be used to boost its liquidity and to meet market demand for its products.
