Lightwave RF Chief Executive Andrew Pearson Steps Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in LightwaveRF PLC plunged Monday as the company announced that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Pearson stepped down and left the company.

Following the news, shares were trading 20% lower at 11.00 pence each.

The smart home solutions provider said it appointed Jason Elliott as CEO. Elliott is expected to join the company no later than mid-September 2018.

In the meantime, the company said Chief Financial Officer Kevin Edwards will be acting as CEO with immediate effect.

Elliott is currently chief sales officer for Onzo Ltd, a company which provides energy data analytics to major utilities.
