LONDON (Alliance News) - Koovs PLC on Thursday said the board of Indian mass media company Koovs PLC have approved a proposal to invest up to GBP3.0 million in Koovs.
Koovs, which operates a wholesale business supplying branded fashion products, said it is in discussions with HT Media regarding the potential investment, and will update the market in due course.
Shares in Koovs closed up 9.1% at 32.18 pence on Thursday.
