LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy efficiency products and services company Entu (UK) PLC on Thursday disclosed that investment firm Kestrel Partners LLP has nearly doubled its stake in the company.
In a stock exchange filing, Entu said Kestrel has increased its stake in the firm to 17%, or 11.2 million shares. Previously, Kestrel held 6.2 million shares in Entu, or just over 9.0%.
Shares in Entu were down 1.3% to 19.50 pence on Thursday.
