LONDON (Alliance News) - Kerry Group PLC said Monday its long-standing Chief Financial Officer Brian Mehigan has been replaced by Marguerite Larkin on Sunday.
Larkin - a chartered accountant - was a senior partner at Deloitte before her appointment at the Irish food group. Mehigan - finance chief since 2002 - will move to his new role as chief strategy officer before standing down from the board at the end of 2018.
The change was originally announced in February.
Shares in Kerry were 0.5% higher at EUR95.55 on Monday.
