LONDON (Alliance News) - Ground engineering specialist Keller Group PLC Friday said it has appointed Peter Hill as its non-executive chairman, to succeed Roy Franklin who will retire from the board July 26.
Hill will join the board as non-executive director and chairman designate with effect from the close of the company's annual general meeting May 24.
Hill is currently chairman of Volution Group PLC, and is also a non-executive director of Essentra PLC and the Royal Air Force.
Shares in Keller Group were down 0.3% at 891.50 pence Friday morning.
