JLEN Environmental Assets appoints Foresight as investment manager

(Alliance News) - JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd said Tuesday it has appointed Foresight Group LLP as its external alternative investment manager, on the same terms as the now ended investment advisory agreement between the two firms.

Foresight is a London-based infrastructure and private equity investment manager, and will make such decisions on behalf of the environmental infrastructure investment fund.

However, JLEN will keep overall responsibility for its activities, including the review of its investment activity, performance and business conduct.

Shares in JLEN Environmental were down 0.2% at 104.42 pence on Tuesday morning in London.
