Jiasen International Finance Chief Tan Resigns For Personal Reasons

LONDON (Alliance News) - Chinese home products company Jiasen International Holdings Ltd on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Kian Tan has resigned for "personal family reasons".

Tan will step down from the board on August 15 and will remain with the company until his successor is appointed, Jiasen said. The company has initiated the search for a replacement.

Shares in Jiasen were down 14% to 5.3499 pence in early trade, one of the worst performers in the London Main Market.
