ITM Power appoints new CFO

Clean fuel company ITM Power has appointed Brian Jackson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. Jackson replaces Barry Cunliffe, who is leaving to become Group Financial Director with a private engineering group of companies. The new CFO of ITM most recently worked as International Finance Director of A4e Limited, a medium sized welfare and training services provider. He has also worked at KPMG and ATH Resources. ITM Power's Chief Executive, Graham Cooley, said: "I'd like to thank Barry for his hard work and contribution to the company over the last four years. We have all enjoyed working with him and wish him well in his next appointment.
