Invista completes sale of last Spanish investment

Invista European Real Estate Trust has exited Spain after completing the sale of a logistics asset there for a total of €2.95m.The sale price represent a discount of 3.88% compared to the latest valuation of the property at 31 March, 2015.The proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the company's outstanding mezzanine debt, it said.It continued: "This asset represented the company's final remaining investment in Spain, therefore this disposal contributes to the further consolidation of the company's remaining portfolio of investment properties located mainly in France and Germany."The share price had fallen 25% to 0.525p by 13:00.
