LONDON (Alliance News) - Intu Properties PLC said Thursday that Non-Executive Director Louise Patten will step down from the company's board at the next annual general meeting.
Patten also serves as chairman of the remuneration committee. The company appointed Ian Burke as a member of the remuneration committee with immediate effect as he will replace Patten's chairman role at the next AGM in May 2019.
Intu shares were trading down 2.6% at 149.40 pence each.
