LONDON (Alliance News) - Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC Thursday said it would issue 3.4 million shares as a settlement for professional fees, sending shares in the company higher.
Inspirit shares were trading 4.8% higher at 1.572 pence Thursday morning.
The company said its enlarged issued share capital would be 658.6 million following the issue.
