Vela Technologies PLC - tech investor - Posts pretax loss of GBP1.4 million for financial year ended March 31, narrowing from GBP1.6 million the year before. Says outlook changed as it entered new financial year with the "Covid-19 tsunami". Firm was not immune to Covid-19 and investments in Portr and Vibe "bore the brunt" of lockdown. However, looks to "much brighter" future.
