Tungsten Corp PLC - London-based electronic invoicing company - Reports that at its reconvened court and general meeting, the scheme for Kofax Parent Ltd to acquire the company was passed and the resolution to implement the scheme was passed.
Kofax offered to acquire Tungsten for 55 pence per share on May 20.
