IN BRIEF: TI Fluid Systems starts last part of EUR40 million buyback

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based designer and manufacturer of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Launches the EUR16.2 million final tranche of the EUR40 million share buyback programme it had announced back in October. The new buyback will be run by broker Peel Hunt. It will start on Wednesday and end no later than May 13, 2025. TI Fluid Systems says it has completed the EUR18.8 million second tranche of the programme. In total, the company has bought back 14.2 million shares so far at an average price of 143.52 pence per share for EUR23.8 million in total. The totals are reported in euros and the average price in pence. TI Fluid Systems will buy back a maximum of 34.7 million shares in total under the programme, a 6.8% stake, and will cancel the shares.
