Supermarket Income REIT PLC - UK-based investor in grocery real estate - Announces it has amended the company's Investment Advisory & Administration Services Agreement with Atrato Capital Ltd. The change includes an additional fee level of 0.4% on net asset value in excess of GBP2 billion. Says this "demonstrates its desire to grow to a multi-billion pound company and ensure that shareholders benefit from economies of scale as the company grows". The new agreement will take effect in July 2022 and extends the required the notice period for the advisory team to 2 years.
