Spinnaker Opportunities PLC - London-based cash shell - Confirms purchase of Kanabo Research Ltd. Spinnaker noted Kanabo's business development activities - such as expanding the list of qualified suppliers of raw materials and sales through its distributor network in the target markets - have continued in line with Kanabo's business plan.

Current stock price: Suspended. Last traded at 4.65 pence.
