Safestyle UK PLC - retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors - Notes UK Window Group decision to sell assets, including all assets utilised by Safestyle's PVCu profile supplier Duraflex, as part of a wider strategic restructuring programme. Safestyle is working with UK Window and its owners as they implement a turnaround plan and has put risk mitigation measures in place, including building significant stocks of window profiles as a buffer. Safestyle's buffer stock means it can largely mitigate the disruption of a forced supplier change.
