IN BRIEF: ReNeuron administrators in talks with potential investors

ReNeuron Group PLC - Brigdend, Wales-based stem cell and exosomes technology company - Says Mark Smith and Stephen Cork of Cork Gully LLP, joint administrators, issue statement of proposals to the members and creditors of the group. The joint administrators say they have identified potential cornerstone investors. Talks are currently progressing with the potential investors. Joint administrators say they have cut costs by shedding staff. Joint administrators also send "teaser document" to 749 potentially interested parties. Joint administrators are currently negotiating and having positive discussions with multiple parties in relation to their interest in the business and/or assets of the group.

Current stock price: suspended at 3.28 pence
