IN BRIEF: Reach4Entertainment Confirms USD6.3 Million Suit Filed

Reach4Entertainment Enterprises PLC - theatrical, film and live entertainment advertising, marketing and display agency - Confirms subsidiary Spot & Co of Manhattan filed a suit on August 5 to recover at least USD6.3 million of money owed to SpotCo by a "client or that SpotCo's client owes to media outlets for which SpotCo does business". Reach4Entertainment noted the client filed a separate complaint against SpotCo last Friday which SpotCo, Reach4Entertainment said, will "vigorously defend".
