Atome Energy PLC - Leeds-based producer, marketer and distributor of green hydrogen and ammonia which was formed by President Energy PLC - Raises GBP9 million for AIM float which is on-track to take place on December 30.
GBP6 million was raised through a placing of shares at a price of 80 pence each, with PLLG Investments Ltd agreeing to provide Atome with a standby facility of up to GBP3 million if needed.
Atome expects to have 32.5 million shares issued on admission, with an anticipated market capitalisation of GBP26 million.
Beaumont Cornish Ltd is acting as nominated adviser, while SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP and finnCap Ltd are acting as brokers.
