Card Factory PLC - Wakefield, West Yorkshire-based card and gift retailer - Chief Executive Officer Darcy Willson-Rymer buys 84,112 shares at 60.09 pence, worth GBP50,539, on Friday last week. The purchase is Willson-Rymer's only holding, having joined Card Factory in March. Willson-Rymer previously was CEO at Costcutter Supermarkets Group Ltd and at Card Factory rival Clintons.

Current stock price: 61.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 43%
