IN BRIEF: MC Mining beefs up board after two members leave

MC Mining Ltd - Canberra, Australia-based developer of coal mines across South Africa - Appoints Douglas Abrahams as a non-executive director, with effect from Monday. His appointment comes after the resignation of Andrew Mifflin and Julian Hoskin from the board. On Monday last week, MC Mining named Non-Executive Director Christine He as interim managing director & chief executive officer, effective from Monday. Her appointment came after Godfrey Gomwe stepped down as CEO, and as managing director.

MC Mining left London's AIM market last month.
