LoopUp Group PLC - London-based software provider for remote meetings - Chief Financial Officer Simon Healey to step down from role with effect on December 17 after ten years in the role since 2011.
Company has started process to find a suitable replacement. In addition, Senior Finance Controller Ayad Othman has been promoted as finance director.

From the role he played in bringing LoopUp to AIM in 2016, through to the acquisition of MeetingZone and SyncRTC, Simon has been a strong and dependable colleague, and we all wish him the very best in his future career," says co-Chief Executive Officer Steve Flavell.
