IN BRIEF: Kropz says all conditions of ZAR200 million facility met

Kropz PLC - African phosphate developer - Enters into a new conditional convertible equity facility of up to ZAR200 million - around USD13.2 million - with ARC Fund, in line with its strategy to deliver the company's Elandsfontein phosphate project to its first revenue. Says that all conditions precedent to the rand equity facility have been met, including relevant consents, and the first drawdown of ZAR90 million will be made next Tuesday.

Current stock price: 4.79 pence

Year-to-date change: up 13%
