KRM22 PLC - London-based investor in technology and software companies, focused on risk management for capital markets - Hires Justin Llewellyn-Jones as a non-executive director, starting on Wednesday. Llewellyn-Jones is chief executive officer of Trading Technologies International Inc. Prior to TT, he worked for market data provider ION Group and for Fidessa PLC, now part of ION, among other roles.
