IN BRIEF: International Personal Finance prices new notes due 2024

International Personal Finance PLC - Leeds-based home credit business - Prices SEK450.0 million - about GBP37.8 million - floating rate notes due 2024 at three month Stockholm Interbank offered rate plus 7.0%. The new notes are to be issued under International Personal Finance's euro medium-term note programme and at an issue price of 100%. The issue date is expected to be October 19. The cash proceeds from the new notes will be applied towards the refinancing of the existing notes and general corporate purposes.

Separately, International Personal Finance will redeem all outstanding existing notes due in mid-June 2022 on October 21 at their optional redemption amount, being 101.75%, together with interest accrued.
