Indivior PLC - pharmaceutical firm - Says Chair Howard Pien, who has been on a medical leave since mid-June, has notified about his resignation with immediate effect. Daniel Tasse, who was appointed as interim chair in Pien's absence, will continue to act as interim chair until Pien's successor will be appointed. The board will commence a process to identify a successor, Indiviour said. Tasse joined the board in 2014 and was appointed senior independent director in 2016. He is a member of the Audit & Remuneration Committees.
