Holders Technology PLC - London-based lighting components - Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM in London on Monday next week. Holders back at the start of December had proposed the de-listing, citing the cost and regulatory burden of being a public company. On Wednesday, says its tender offer for shares at 43 pence each gets acceptances for 2.1 million shares, just over half of the total and essentially all not held by the concert party led by Executive Chair Rudi Weinreich.
